We have a requirement for an experienced, Interim General Counsel to support our client for several months while they hire on a permanent basis.
The company specialises in supporting businesses across multiple "heavy industry" sectors, such as Oil & Gas, Construction and Engineering, whether it's working on site with them or supporting them with critical business services.
Although it would be a major advantage to have background within one of these industries, having a strong, broad range of commercial experience would be ideal.
Working across multiple territories, you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, from legal counterparts, to FDs, to on-site engineering and construction staff; you'll therefore need to have excellent communication skills.
