Residential Property Lawyer

A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Guildford Office in Surrey. This is a long-established firm that have been steadily expanding the Residential Property Department. They were listed amongst the top 200 Law Firms in the 2015 Lawyer UK Report 2015 and are one of the largest firms in Surrey. The firm have excellent staff retention rates and organise numerous social, sporting and charitable events. The firm have a strong reputation in the area and are receptive, responsive and friendly to their clients and colleagues.

The firm are looking for an Assistant Residential Property Solicitor to join their Guildford Office.

You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust, lease extensions and freehold acquisitions. The team provide an efficient and highly personal residential property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to a dedicated member of the team who will progress their matter from instruction to completion. A significant number of the team's new instructions come from existing clients and recommendation.

• You will be experienced in Residential Property with at least 2 years PQE

• You will have a sound knowledge of residential property and specialist real estate finance
• You will be keen to develop and participate in marketing activities for the Lending Team, the Department and the Office
• Salary of up to £40,000 with excellent benefits
