Our client is a well-established progressive law firm that prides itself on a formidable reputation. They’re looking to give autonomy for someone to come and join their Commercial Property department.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you’ll be generating work by maximising business development and marketing. You’ll have full autonomy to take the team in the direction you see fit.

The Responsibilities

·         Dealing with a wide range of property transactions

·         Handling turnovers from established regional and national clients

·         Focusing on client care and building relationships

·         Introducing new clients to the firm

·         Networking with other professionals and contacts

The Candidate

·         NQ – 3 years’ PQE

·         Have a level of knowledge and competence across all the mainstream Commercial Property law disciplines

·         Confident in carrying out business development

·         Ability to prioritise workloads

·         Self-motivated and a team player
