Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate, Bristol

Are you an experienced real estate lawyer looking to carve out a niche for yourself and progress quickly to partnership?

Our client is based in central Bristol but has offices throughout the UK. They regularly win awards and many of the partners are recognised as experts in their respective fields. The firm act for some big name clients across all their sectors and teams and the real estate team is no exception to this.

They are currently seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join one of their sector focussed teams. You should ideally have at least 4 years' experience of real estate work ideally with some retail experience. It is not essential that you have experience in their sector but you must have good solid experience of dealing with landlord and tenant work and with leasehold property. The team act for household name clients and you will play an active role in marketing, business development and client relationship management.

You will be second in command to the head of the team and there is a real desire to recruit someone who is ambitious and keen to progress to partnership quickly. The firm have a very transparent approach to career progression with a tailored training course run by an external provider. There are no glass ceilings here!
