Description
This Senior Property Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Conducting legal research.
- Managing own case load.
- Dealing with all matters of post completion.
- Preparing land registry forms and SDLT applications.
Profile
For this Senior Property Paralegal role you will have:
- Completed a law degree/equivalent.
- The legal practice course and the elective in advanced property is highly advantageous.
- Foreign qualified lawyers with property law experience welcome to apply.
- A minimum of 2 year's commercial property experience is essential.
