As a Banking & Finance Lawyer, you should have a strong general finance legal background, preferably from within the region as you would be helping businesses expand and investors grow, as well as work with innovative finance products across the world. You would also be helping clients structure and document transactions within various industries.

Essential Skills/Main Requirements:

  • Must have between 2-3 PQE
  • Bilingual in both English and Arabic would be a bonus
  • Ideally have experience working on a variety of banking matters, with a primary focus on corporate banking and leveraged finance representing banks, financial institutions, debt funds, etc.
  • Must have strong documenting, drafting and negotiating skills
