A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading hospitality and real estate group in Dubai. Our client operates with various hotels, business and leisure desinations worldwide.
As a Senior Legal Counsel you would be in charge of all the legal requirements and concerns of the business. Your daily duties will include advising on hospitality transactional related issues, real estate secured transactions and conduct due diligent on hospitality regulations.
Skills / Requirements
- Must have at least 8PQE
- Must have worked as a Senior Legal Counsel in an international hospitality group
- Private practice experience would be beneficial
- Must have experience in hospitality, real estate and operations
- Full proficiency in English is a must
- Bilingual English and Arabic speaking candidates will be preferable
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Must have in depth knowledge of hospitality regulations
