London - £70,000 - £85,000 pa

A new opportunity for a qualified lawyer or Solicitor to join a highly rated Central London based practice. The firm have provide a number of Corporate law services to a range of international and UK focused clients. Due to an increase in work and as part of the firm's aim to organically grow their client base, they are now looking to bring in an Associate level Corporate lawyer. As such the firm are looking for a Solicitor that has experience in working with international and blue chip clients on a range of matters, with a core understanding of mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, and corporate finance, related tax matters and corporate governance. Ideally the firm would be looking to also bring in a Solicitor that has an understanding of Commercial Real Estate matters to complement their team further. The firm would also be a looking for a Solicitor that can deal directly with clients and take part in departmental efforts to generate business coming into the firm. In turn this is a great opportunity to work with a highly rated London based firm that has a well developed Corporate and Commercial offering, in a position that has options for further career develop as the firm looks to develop current client relationships further but also to sustainably generate new business.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad Corporate and Commercial law experience.
- Ideally some experience in matters relating to Commercial Real Estate.
- Experience in handling client relationships and new business development.
