Recruitment Advisor - IT

More specifically, as a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible;

• Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of a variety of IT, specialist change, strategy and transformation roles on a permanent, contract and temporary basis, including identifying, attracting, recruiting and hiring the desired talent for the role
• Identifying the most appropriate sourcing channels to attract the best talent for the role
• Developing job specifications
• Creation of assessment tools and interview processes and procedures
• Screening all candidates & conducting competency based interviews
• Negotiating recruitment agency terms
• Managing consultancy agreements and invoicing for day rate contractors in accordance to IR35 regulations
• Building an on-going candidate pipeline using research, networking events and database information
• Assisting on ad hoc project work when required

To be considered for this role, you should have experiece working either in or with the financial or professional services industries, and have a thorough understanding of recruiting IT professionals across both a permanent and contract basis. This would suit someone looking for a new challen ge, or someone wanting to make the move inhouse from agency.

You must also have excellent stakeholder management combined with strong organisational and communicaiton skills and the ability to work under pressure.
