Real Estate Legal PA - Part Time 2 days per week

I am recruiting on behalf of a legal 500 firm who are looking to hire a Legal PA to their Leeds office within the Real Estate department. This is a part time role, consisting of working Thursday and Friday from 9 - 5:30pm. Competitive salary offered.

My client is one of the largest leading law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a Legal PA due to their continued growth and expansion. Working for this forward-thinking firm, there is a pleasant working environment along with opportunities for progression and development.

As a Legal PA, you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities which will include audio typing complex documents, diary management, assisting the team as well as administrative duties such as taking calls and messages, arranging meetings, photocopying and archiving files.

It is essential for successful candidates to have experience of working as a legal PA or secretary and hold a typing speed of no less than 70 WPM. It would be extremely beneficiary if you have previous experience of working as part of a real estate team. You must have advanced skills working on all aspects of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook.
