Interim Head of Legal

We are currently representing a multinational media and communications group who a seeking to hire an interim Head of Legal to support the advertising arm of their business.

This hire will undertake a broad role and be responsible for advising the groups advertising businesses on all legal matters from contract negotiation to intellectual property management. You may also be required to provide ad hoc advice from corporate matters to early disputes issues.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in an international in house environment, with a background in both advertising law and IP being essential for this hire. You will have a track record in leading a team and managing external counsel.

The contract is initially offered for three months, therefore applicants will ideally be available to start a new contract at short notice. There is strong scope for the role to become permanent for the right individual.
