A new opportunity has opened for a Solicitor with a background in Private Client work to join a highly rated London based law practice. The firm have developed a strong private client service offering over the past number of years. With the retirement of a senior member of staff in the Private Client team, they are now looking to make a senior level hire. As such the firm are looking for a business minded Solicitor that with technical experience in handling matters related Wills and Probate work, along with more complex trusts and estates matters. The firm are also looking for a Solicitor that has specialist exposure to Court of Protection work and ideally experience in helping to generate Private Client business. With intention to grow the firm, any experience in hiring other solicitors and support staff would also be advantageous. This position would suit a Solicitor that has developed particular experience in building their own network of Private Client business and are looking to move to a firm that has well-defined opportunities for career progression, that include a fast track route to equity partnership for those who hit key metrics.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in matters relating to Wills, Probate, Estates and Trusts.
- A particular focus on Court of Protection work relating to Property and Affairs.
- Experience in taking the lead of business development and marketing for Private Client services.
