Residential Property Solicitor/Executive - Bexleyheath

A long established and award winning Legal 500 is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor in their CQS accredited conveyancing department in Bexleyheath. This brand new role is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 1-2 years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career.

This Legal 500 listed full-service firm is highly regarded for the professional service they provide to clients and are going from strength to strength. This is a great firm to work for, with a key focus on the promotion and development of their staff. Due to a rapidly expanding practice, a new position has arisen within their conveyancing department for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor /Conveyancer or Legal Executive.

You will have at least 1-2 years PQE and be able to handle a busy caseload. You must have experience with Sales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Remortgages and Transfers of Equity. Experience with New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes is highly desirable.
