Our client, a national retail company, is seeking to hire and experienced IT lawyer to assist on a long term basis.
The core responsibilities of this hire will be to provide legal support on a number of large scale IT transformation projects. You may also be required to provide advice on business as usual IT or general commercial contracts.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of advising on and negotiating complex and high value IT framework agreements and outsourcing deals. Alongside legal expertise, a key attribute of this hire will be a personable and pragmatic approach to dealing with the wider business and ensuring the smooth running of projects.
This is a full time role to be based in Central London.
