Private Client / Court of Protection Solicitor - (3+ PQE).

We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with specific experience in Court of Protection matters at a leading regional law firm.

This is a senior appointment with real potential and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence.

You will need a solid base of good quality experience in a broad range of general Private Client matters, gained within a respected firm, together with some very specific Court of Protection experience, especially in regard to the financial aspect. Experience of acting as a Trustee and Deputy would be valued here, together with some management / mentoring experience.

You should be a good communicator, confident to deal with a high level of Client contact and able to demonstrate professionalism and empathy at all times with Clients who are often extremely vulnerable. Interpersonal skills will be highly valued here. This role has terrific potential for career development and is altogether, an excellent and rare opportunity to establish a first rate career within a highly regarded firm.
