A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join the London offices of a prominent regional firm. The firm have both a well developed services for individuals and a services for business team, each of which cater to Employment matters. Due to an increase in the amount of work coming into the firm, they are now looking to bring in a qualified Solicitor. As such the firm are now looking for Solicitor that is able to cover both claimant and respondent advocacy work at tribunal. The firm would also be looking for a Solicitor that can support in the area of non-contentious employment work with their commercial clients. Any proven record in either generating your own business or having a client following among commercial clients would be a plus. In turn this a great opportunity for a Solicitor with a broad base of Employment experience to join a leading regional firm that works with a range of national and international clients in a fast growing part of their practice. As such, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression and prospects of Partnership should key performance metric be met.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in claimant and respondent employment tribunal work.
- Able to support the firm in non-contentious Employment work with Commercial clients.
- Ideally, some exposure to business development, or better still a following of clients and business contacts.
