RTA Insurance Fraud Solicitor - Top 20 Firm!

This highly ranked Commercial & Insurance law firm are looking to grow their Manchester office and add to their Motor Insurance Fraud team with a Solicitor / FCILEX deal with defendant RTA Insurance Fraud and Personal Injury matters. This firm are known on both a national and international scale and feature as a Top 25 firm in the United Kingdom.

The role is for an RTA Insurance Fraud Solicitor within the 1 - 4 Year PQE bracket to manage a caseload of defendant RTA Insurance Fraud matters. The caseload will be litigated so prior experience of litigation will be required as will the experience of combating RTA Insurance Fraud related claims. Whilst there is work for several clients in place you will be representing specific insurer clients and will required to regularly liaise with them and provide them with ongoing updates whilst developing further relationships. You will be forming part of a larger unit which combats all areas of insurance fraud and receives awards on a regular basis.

Salary will range from £32k - £40k with a bonus (up to £14,000) & benefits scheme that consists of Private Healthcare, Childcare, 25 days+ holidays, Sports Club Membership and Group Pension Plan.
