Our client, a leading US law firm, is looking for a junior to mid-level associate to join their busy and growing London Banking and Finance team.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a number of exciting banking and finance transactions, with a main focus on leveraged finance. Work will include advising lenders, borrowers and private equity funds on several complex cross-border transactions on a national and international platform.

The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 5 years PQE in general and leveraged finance, built on a foundation of strong academics.

The London office is very busy and is in growth mode, currently consisting of 15 partners, 4 counsel, 15 associates and 2 trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious associate to join at the grass roots and play an intricate part in the growth and development of the team.
