Conveyancing - Assistant Fee Earner.To manage and progress the sale of a portfolio of repossessed freehold residential properties, ensuring that clients receive pro-active, consistent and efficient levels of service.
You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of freehold property files from initial instruction through to completion of each sale and/or closure of file, under the supervision of the Team Manager and Senior Fee Earners.
Only candidates with Conveyancing experience will be considered. Ideally 1-3 years as a Conveyancing Assistant.
Salary £17,000 - £18,000.
