NQ Restructuring/Insolvency Solicitor

This innovative, Top 50 law firm are looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join their restructuring team in London.

The highly regarded restructuring team deal with high-value, high-profile and complex restructurings and provide advice to the likes of financial institutions, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders, insolvency practitioners and act for major clearing banks amongst other lenders.

The successful candidate will have gained strong restructuring experience within a City firm, and must be technically strong, with an excellent commercial awareness. The role will include a mix of advisory and contentious work, so experience in and enthusiasm to do both is necessary.  Experience of advising on trade finance payment security issues, cross-border insolvency, restructuring/closing-out derivatives and hedging transactions would be an advantage.
