Licensed Conveyancer

Our client is a highly successful law firm acting on behalf of private individual, families and property owners in the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a licensed conveyancer to join a growing property department based in their London office working on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

You will be handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to completion, dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified licensed conveyancer with strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality experience gained from an national or regional law firm with an established property department.

You will have in depth experience of all aspects residential conveyancing with good understanding of dealing with mortgages and re-mortgages and knowledge of lease extensions would be highly desirable.
