Dynamic and ambitious West End practice is looking for a leasehold enfranchisement lawyer to join its established property team. This is a firm we know very well indeed, having placed several people with them in recent years. They offer an excellent working environment and a genuine meritocracy.

This vacancy is arising as a result of an expansion. The successful applicant should ideally have a minimum of 3yrs PQE ideally gained in a specialist enfranchisement team. Alternatively, an individual with strong exposure to enfranchisement (and lease extensions) gained in a wider property or property litigation team may also fit the bill.
