Our client is a leading financial organisation who is seeking to appoint a banking & finance lawyer to join their office in Qatar. The company manages a whole range of finance advisory and transactions across multiple international geographical locations. The banking team covers general transactions including; corporate finance, re-financing, property lending etc. within both domestic and international markets maintaining one of the highest reputations around the GCC region.
The team are seeking to add a finance lawyer with 10-15 years experience. You will have broad experience in Finance law, ideally in; review and negotiation of the legal aspects of their projects – experience of derivatives, treasury and loans would be beneficial, as would experience in Project Finance.
