Your new role
This commercial litigation role will see you handle an interesting mix of work ranging from shareholder and partnership disputes to warranty and indemnity litigation as well as mainstream commercial litigation disputes. You will also gain exposure to property litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a newly qualified solicitor with 6 months' experience in commercial or property litigation or a commercial or property litigator with 1+ year's pqe.
