Paralegal - Financial Services

One of London’s leading top-20 law firms is looking for a Paralegal to sit within their Financial Services team.

The Paralegal will assist with the management of the firm’s bespoke investment products.

The key duties will include:

• Acting as the dedicated paralegal resource for two product teams
• Liaising closely with clients to ensure fund information documents are completed to timescale
• Sending documents to translators
• Developing ongoing project management systems to ensure a smooth process for clients
• Compiling regular notifications to send to financial regulators
• Updating internal databases with client/document information

The ideal candidate will be an LLB/LPC graduate with excellent academics, having previous paralegal experience in a reputable firm. Funds experience is highly sought after, as is a candidate able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and fee earners. Confidence, credibility and resilience are a must.
