Credit Hire

A leading Legal 500 firm has an opening for a Paralegal to join their credit hire team, in the West Midlands. As a market leader, the credit hire team you will be joining will give you exposure to a broad range of clients within insurance as well as many household reputable organisations and corporates. You will be working in an organisation with a strong reputation and extensive networks across a range of sectors. As the credit hire paralegal you will be dealing with all aspects of credit hire dispute resolution and will have strong litigation experience and will have managed your own caseload.

You will be dealing with a high volume of litigated credit hire cases and your key responsibilities will be to:

Handle pre-litigated and litigated cases.
Provide a high quality of service for clients.
To meet individual targets in relation to chargeable hours.
Be fully compliant with the organisations protocols on billing and credit control.
Provide and demonstrate expert knowledge to clients as well as acting as a confident point of contact.

As a credit hire paralegal you will be an expert in the litigation process, highly organised and meticulous. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure meet strict deadlines and be an excellent communicator.
