Corporate 2pqe+ (US firm)

Our client is a leading US firm with an established, full service London office. It seeks a further corporate lawyer 2pqe+ to work on cross-border transactions within emerging markets and assist on European and emerging markets private equity and energy related deals.

The client base has an international focus, particularly in Latin America, however you will also be required to provide support to the wider corporate business unit as and when required. Experience in M&A (both public and private), private equity and equity and debt capital markets (including working with disclosure documents) would be beneficial. Cross-border transaction experience is essential.

The ideal candidate will have trained in a top UK or US firm in the City, with 2pqe+ experience in a broad general corporate role with exposure to cross-border transactions. You will have developed excellent writing abilities and worked directly with clients on a regular basis.Based on the practice's client base it is also preferred that candidates have Spanish language capabilities, although this is not essential.In turn you will be part of a close-knit, collegiate team working alongside supportive partners on high quality work.
