Corporate M&A PSL, 5+ PQE
Our client, a leading US firm, is looking to hire a professional support lawyer to join their Corporate M&A team in London.
The role will involve working closely with the corporate partners to build the firm's knowledge database, identifying changing priorities and updating existing materials. In addition to this, you will manage regular bulletins for the team and clients, as well as supporting wider business development activities.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic history and experience in the corporate department of a leading international firm. They will have experience managing more junior associates or PSLs and experience leading business development initiatives. Prior experience in a PSL role is desirable but not essential.
