Locum Litigation Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a Locum Prosecutions Solicitor has arisen with a Local Authority legal team based in The East Midlands.
This role is offered as a full time position on an ongoing basis.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive that holds a current practising certificate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a Prosecutions team for a Local Authority.

The daily responsibilities are as follows:

• Handling a caseload of general prosecution litigation matters for the Local Authority to include Environmental Health, Trading Standards, Licensing and Information Law
• Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals

The daily rate on offer will be £259 (on a limited company basis) however this will be dependent on experience.
