A European leader in the financial services sector is seeking a Legal Counsel on a 6 month + contract in their IP/IT/Procurement team based in Central London. This role is paying c£450-550/day depending on experience and would best suit a lawyer of 4-6 years PQE as a guide.
You will be responsible for:
- supporting IP, technology, and outsourcing activities
- drafting and negotating commercial contracts
- providing legal advice to the wider business
- coordinating and advising on branding. trademark filings and IP management
- working on cross-jurisdictional initatives
To be considered for this position you will be a commercial lawyer with previous experience in a similar role advising on IP, technology and procurement matters. You will be able to work effectively in an international work environment and be able to provide value add legal advice and solutions to the business.
