Senior Legal Counsel, Lifesciences, Paris

We have been exclusively instructed by our Client, a leading international Life Sciences company, to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel for their in-house Legal Team.

The location of the role is flexible and the role could be based in Italy (Milan), Germany (Munich), France (Paris) or the U.K. (London). Other locations are also open for consideration.

As Senior Legal Counsel you will focus on managing and overlooking the company's cross litigation management, as well as the relationships with external lawyers, providing full and deep commercial legal support to the business across Europe, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing of sales, distribution and tender agreements and supporting the Compliance function, conducting trainings on key legal issues and advising on compliance rules and regulations.

To be considered for the role, you will be a fully qualified European Lawyer with 6 to 8 years PQE; you will need to demonstrate to have an excellent legal and commercial background (preferably gained in a multinational/international environment in the Life Sciences / Pharma sector) as well as knowledge of Common Law.

You will have a good commercial sense and attitude, the capability to work in a team and the flexibility required in a fast-paced environment where a good sense of urgency and ability of prioritizing tasks is essential.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; knowledge of another European language will be a plus.
