Your new role
A junior counsel as part of a small but busy team, reporting directly into the General Counsel for the UK & Ireland. You will draft, negotiate and review general commercial contracts, including technology, service, tendering, agency and Terms of Business agreements, particularly those surrounding complicated RPO deals. You will also advise the business on ad hoc queries regarding the core recruitment business, as well as supporting on data protection, privacy, compliance, employment intellectual property and corporate matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be newly-qualified or 1 PQE lawyer with excellent training (either from private practice or a reputable in-house team) and strong academics. You will have been involved in good commercial work, ideally with an understanding of the services sector. Any IT contracts or services outsourcing experience would also be greatly valued. You will have working knowledge of data protection, employment and disputes matters, and will possess excellent communication and technical drafting skills.
