A leading international law firm based in the city are looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor (IT) on a 14-month fixed term contract basis.
The Recruitment Advisor (IT) will work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for IT related roles in the firm.
The key duties will include:
- Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of a variety of IT, specialist change, strategy and transformation roles on a permanent, contract and temporary basis.
- Identifying, attracting, recruiting and hiring the desired talent for the role.
- Creating assessment tools and interview processes and procedures.
- Building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking events and database information.
- Managing consultancy agreements and invoicing for day rate contractors.
- Developing job specifications for the relevant IT roles.
The Recruitment Advisor (IT) would a suit a candidate with experience in agency recruitment or a similar in-house role, preferably in a professional or legal services area. You will be able to demonstrate a strong record of recruiting professionals, and be able to prioritise tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment will be essential for this role.
