My client is a leading Legal 500 firm with a quality reputation, and a strong presence nationwide. The role of Head of Conveyancing will involve taking the lead on the team case management and client relationship management strategies, working closely with directors, and the development of business strategy plans will be a consistent part of this. The position will involve the management of a large conveyancing team, as well as being involved in a private client team within another of the firm's offices. This is an exceptional management role and an opportunity for the right applicant to become a vital part of the firm's internal networks and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate for the role will have extensive management experience and a keen sense of business acumen, and will be well versed in the development of business strategy and client development. The successful candidate will have a consistent history as a qualified solicitor within conveyancing - private client experience desirable but not essential - and have recently held a head of department or team leader position.
