I've an excellent opportunity for an Associate level Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a leading regional practice who enjoy a strong reputation in claimant clinical negligence work. With an ever expanding footprint they require a Solicitor or similarly qualified lawyer to join their well balanced and well run Legal 500 Medical Negligence team:
THE ROLE:
The clinical negligence department is a sizable team and numbers several highly respected lawyers, however remains well balanced so career progression will not be stifled at any stage for their team members - the work on offer is a board range of complex clinical negligence matters, highly litigated and high in settlement value requiring technical excellence and first class client skills. Consequently someone who has in excess of 3 year PQE would be best placed to service the caseload.
THE FIRM:
The client has an excellent reputation across all services that they offer, from corporate and commercial, through to private client, agricultural and personal injury work. They ranked highly in the Legal 500 and have, through strategic acquisitions grown in size during the past few years.
