Personal Injury Solicitor - RTA - to £35k - Lancashire/Greater Manchester

Are you a personal injury specialist with RTA litigation experience looking for a change?

We are exclusively instructed by this top 100 UK firm with a particular focus on insurance sector work. It is seeing significant growth in its insurance fraud division and has a number of vacancies at present.

The role will be to handle your own caseload of approximately 50 litigated defendant personal injury cases in a modern working environment with the latest case management software. This is an award winning team and the most well established and largest specialist defendant fraud department in the country.

This team handles exclusively cases relating to motor fraud work including staged and contrived accidents, bogus passenger claims and exaggerated claims.

Coming in as a new fee earner to the team, you will join a supportive team structure where your work will be supervised and training given. If you have only done claimant RTA work that is fine the most important thing is that you can handle your own litigated cases to trial.

Opportunities for flexible working exist with the chance to adjust your start and finish times. the firm has invested heavily in remote access technology and home working 1-2 days per week is also available for those that want it.
