Top 100 law firm are looking to expand their planning team in Nottingham, and would like to add a planning paralegal to their busy real estate team. You will as a planning paralegal work on a wide range of projects, and will assist on high value planning application, appeals, and local development framework submissions.
Planning paralegals will have graduated within a relevant subject area and have between six months and three years’ experience with a similar planning role. You will also have a good working knowledge of the UK planning system.
The firm are willing to support your professional career development, should you wish to qualify as a Royal Town Planning Institute member. This role will initially be a two-year fixed contract with the view of going permanent for the right candidate.
