Insolvency/Recoveries Lawyer 3+PQE

The UK’s leading insurance premium finance company is looking to hire an experienced Insolvency/Recoveries Lawyer to join their growing team based in Leatherhead.

This exciting new role will offer the successful candidate management of their own caseload of high value customers, ensuring that recoveries are met or exceeded. Managing work streams will be an important part of the role to meet published service levels with outsourced solicitors. The role holder will work closely with the Recoveries Manager with the preparation of witness statements and court appearances where necessary.

For their affinity with Recoveries and Insolvency law, the role holder will be offered genuine development in a growing organisation, and the opportunity to make the role their own. Knowledge of pre-action protocols and FCA requirements are essential, and CCBC/MCOL systems experience is highly desirable.
