Real Estate Finance NQ-2PQE
This global law firm are searching for a stellar NQ-2 PQE Lawyer to join their market leading Real Estate Finance practice in London.
You will be a NQ - 2 years' PQE and have sat a Banking & Finance seat in your training contract and will have had exposure to mainstream leverage finance.
You will have the opportunity to take a leading role in matters, assisting in the structuring of transactions and drafting and negotiating documents and agreements.
You should have a good understanding of real estate/finance concepts, be able to draft and negotiate security documents/credit agreements and have a good working knowledge of LMA standard documents.
The successful Banking & Finance Lawyer will have:
- An excellent academic record
- Trained at a Top City Law Firm
- Experience with Real Estate and Real Estate Finance
