The firm is seeking to hire a new Conveyancing Paralegal into their flourishing South London office.
The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, most of which comes in from recommendation and referrals. This will be a hands-on role where you will work as part of a team of six Solicitors, dealing with a broad range of Conveyancing work including more complex and high-value matters. You will deal with; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Transfers of equity and Remortgages.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression regarding a training contract.

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least six months experience
• You will ideally have experience of all aspects of the Conveyancing process
• You should have excellent attention to detail
• You should have strong communication skills and work well within a team
• Salary is above market rate, although up to £26k
