The company:

Pure Search are working with a well-known insurer seeking a Legal Counsel for its London team.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including software/procurement/IT/outsourcing contracts
  • Other legal work such as Data protection and Intellectual property
  • Work with other legal teams in multiple jurisdictions

About you:

You will be a qualified lawyer (Circa 2-6 years PQE) with a background in general commercial legal work ideally within an insurance/financial services environment. Furthermore, candidates are expected to be excellent communicators, comfortable at operating in a fast paced environment.
