The role:

The post-holder will be responsible for:

• Managing complex multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions across a number of business lines
• Providing legal advice and managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage legal risk to meet the commercial and strategic needs of the organisation
• Overseeing and instructing external counsel
