The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor/legal Executive/Barrister with experience of working in this area who can step into a role requiring minimal supervision and support and hit the ground running with a busy and varied caseload.
The types of work is likely to include:-
* Legacy litigation
* Contract Disputes
* Professional Negligence
* Breach of trust claims
* Contentious Probate
* Commercial property litigation
* Construction disputes
* Defamation
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Land law disputes
* Commercial Landlord and Tenant including rent arrears, forfeiture, possession, dilapidations claims, business tenancy renewals
* Charity and Educational institution related disputes
This cover is required to start ASAP in the next couple of weeks for an initial 2 months. Flexibility may be available in terms of working hours/days.
