Contracts Paralegal

Our client, an in house organisation based in Bristol, is looking for a contracts paralegal to join them on a locum basis. The role is initially for a three month period but it is highly likely that it will be extended.

The role will involve supports the contracts team and assisting with matters such as: drafting, reviewing contracts and agreements; providing guidance and advice on contract and procurement matters; and identifying the possible implications arising out of contracts.

The ideal candidate will already have experience of handling contract matters as a paralegal. This role may also suit a newly qualified lawyer as the client will consider this as a junior lawyer post for the right candidate.
