My client, a leading Investment Manager, is loooking to hire a paralegal for a 12 month contract on wide ranging role supporting all the lawyers in their in house legal team.

The role:

- To assist with the wider investments area including equities, fixed income and trading support.

- Working on low level documents

- Managing regulatory databases

- Drafting and negotiating NDAs and other day to day docs.

Experience required for the role:

- The successful candidate will have relevant working experience either within a top private practice firm or in house, ideally within an investment manager.

- You will have excellent academics and credentials.
