THE ROLE

The firm's Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK, representing an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks and other funders.

They are looking to recruit a solicitor/associate from 4+PQE into their Milton Keynes team, and are seeking candidates demonstrating strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters.

They are particularly interested in candidates who can show relevant experience in a range of areas including landlord and tenant transactions, agricultural related experience, development and property finance.

The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with clients and have significant opportunities to be involved in business development.

ABOUT YOU

An excellent academic record and training with a leading City, national or regional firm is required in addition to client relationship, communication and organisational skills.

A commercial and collaborative approach with the ability to progress work quickly is essential.

This is a fantastic role within a friendly, ambitious and supportive team and office which has been involved in a number of 'stand-out' real estate transactions in recent years.
