A new vacancy has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this flourishing Top 100 firm in the heart of the City.
The Corporate department is a substantial team with a strong reputation for advising public and private companies, both in the UK and overseas, entrepreneurs and individuals operating in the financial, property, industrial and commercial sectors. The team has a wealth of expertise and houses many heavy hitting Lawyers, it has grown substantially in recent years and continues to receive an influx of new work both domestically and internationally.
You will deal with a varied and interesting caseload which will include; Share acquisition and disposals, M&A, Company reorganisations, Joint Ventures, Share buybacks, Company incorporations, Commercial contracts and Shareholder agreements.
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least three years PQE (no there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will deal with a caseload of your own matters, as well as assisting on large, high value and complex matters
- You will have excellent exposure to very high-quality work
- You should have a good technical knowledge
- This role comes with strong prospects for progression
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
