The team act for both large, well known lenders and niche property finance specialists, with a particular focus on bridging finance. This is a fast paced environment with major deals often hinging on the ability to secure suitable funding on a tight deadline.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced property finance solicitor with significant experience of bridging finance, combined with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure which that entails.
