Company/Commercial Solicitor - This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking associate solicitor to join a highly regarded, award winning London practice. Our clients who have been established for over 150 years are now looking to recruit a further company commercial solicitor, c.4 years PQE + to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to be joining as the firm have recently acquired another practice creating an influx and steady stream of work and business opportunity.
You will be expected to hit the ground running managing a varied client base of OMB, entrepreneurs and SME clients. The caseload you will handle will include but not be limited to:
- Joint ventures
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Disposals
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Establishing new business
- Terms and conditions of sale
