Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Somerset/Dorset

A first rate opening with a large Somerset based practice now seeking a litigator to undertake a mix of commercial and civil litigation work within a friendly team.

My client has earmarked a need for a junior level solicitor with up to 3 years' post qualified experience to come on board this well established practice. Whilst the main area of your workload will be commercial contracts litigation, the role will also involve property litigation, contentious probate, professional negligence claims and partnership disputes and so exposure to these matters will be helpful.

An interest in and exposure to marketing and business development would also be useful as the firm's policy is to involve all qualified staff in marketing and business development regardless of level of qualification.
